After reading another post on here it seems one of our 8570 printers is for some reason set to the wrong region and will not except ink. From following a guide it seems my printer is set to DMO and actually needs to be XE.
I believe i need xerox to send me a snippet to update my printer, could someone give me the details of where i need to contact or maybe someone could get in touch with me from support on here.
