Hello everyone.
My Xerox C310 used to work successfully for about one month. Now it doesn't work and just shows the error [121.12A] see the screenshot below. I've tried to reset it by leaving it without power for some time, didn't solve the issue.
So, after switching it on
1. I see the loading screen
2. Device menu
3. After a few seconds the error screen
Any ideas on how to fix it?
