Unfortunately, that would be a hardware escalation and a service rep would need to install. I would recommend calling 1-800-821-2797.

Xerox Color 550 HDD Replacement Process

Product Name: Xerox Color 550/560/570 Printer
Operating System: Linux

I have a Xerox Color 550 with a damage hard drive ( Error 116-388) and would like to know what to do with the replacement HDD to get my Printer back up and running. Any assistance given would be appreciated.
