Xerox ColorQube 8880 Invisible Paper Jam

Product Name: ColorQube 8880
Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina

Hi

My Xerox ColorQube 8880 gives the following message "Paper Jam - open front door A to clear. 89,102 (R3M3)". There are no signs of paper so I have tried cleaning the rollers with lint free cloth and using compressed air. I have also tried restarting the printer without the paper tray. No luck. Any ideas?
