Xerox Colorcube 8570 constantly rebooting

Do you get any fault code with that? in the corner you should be able to see a code looking something like this  : 00-000

We have a Colorcube 8570 that is booting up and then gives error "Open Ink Loader Door Competley" and then after 30 seconds begins shutdown and reboots. Any Advice? Thank you
