Hi Flexprints,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take the waste container out and turn the machine off.  Turn the machine on with the waste container not installed.  The machine should give you the error message. Try installing the waste container following these steps. If the error continues please contact your service provider to have a technician look at the machine.

Xerox Docucolor 260 waste cartridge error

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi i am getting a waste cartridge error replace or reseat?

i have changed the cartridge to a new one but still getting the same error i have tried cleaning the sensors and pressing the switch with a stick with the door closed on the dc260 and it wont budge.

Any help  or suggestions would be appreciated.
