Xerox Fiery EX560 Video on Separate Card or Motherboard?

My Xerox EX560 Fiery Controller operates normally but the signal to the monitor is dead/missing/gone. Does this unit have a separate video card that can be replaced just as in any other computer or is the video part of the motherboard. I do not have a Xerox service contract.

They are all onboard video, but since they just run Windows there is not much issue with just tossing in a video card, just remember you would need to enable it in the BIOS and add drivers.

Until you get it working though, Remote Desktop is enabled by default so you can just log in a and use it from any PC on the LAN.

Thanks.

I am not familiar with Remote Desktop. Can you give me more info or point me to instructions?
