Xerox Phaser 3250 - totally not recognized by PC

Hello

 

Subject is not recognized by PC. Green LED lit. Motor dont turn. In DEBUG mode shows only one character in HyperTerminal, monitor program also dont start. Is there a way to bring it back to life? Hot to flash bootloader into it, can it be done in this situation?
