Hi Pat,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for no power and see if any of those will address your situation.  Also try disconnecting the network cable and try powering on with the network cable disconnected.  If it powers on okay without the network cable please contact your Network Admin.  If it still fails when the network cable is disconnected and you have tried the solutions I linked then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox Phaser 3610 Not powering up

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a Phaser 3610 that will not complete its initialisation procedure.

Power is applied to the printer, the operator panel is illuminated, but no text on panel.

After a few seconds the Ready / Error indicator flashes Green/Red.

Printer does not complete its initialisation.

 

Please can anyone shed any ideas as to what the problem maybe?
