Hi CindyLand,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. There is not a way to print the report you are needing with out the use of the panel when the machine is connected via USB.  Please contact the people you got the last display from and see if it is still under warranty.  If not then please consider  contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi there,

I am frustrated.  My printer had a screwed up panel......so i bought new one not even 5 months again....and now THIS panel is blank.  GAWD.  How do I run my home based business with this constant stuff going on?  Is there a way to printer a resource usage report from my computer since I have no panel to do it from?  My printer is USB.  Thanks
