I see that you shared an SD-card image with AnCr last year — I have the same green screen issue with my Phaser 7800 and hoped you could share the image again. Thank you. — Garth

Can you share again the SD-card image you received from Gabiene last year? I have the same problem with my Phaser 7800. Thank you. — Garth

Yea tried that not getting the fuser reset options able to do it with others
only the fuser option I'm not getting to changed, askign me for a password
but what also happens is the jobs that i have saved, (realise this issue since last two weeks) is those jobs that I have in the saved jobs folder. If I'm to hit print the machine just says processing and never prints. If I add new jobs to the folder they work, but the existing ones don't
So that's why i'm wondering if i reinstall the firmware if that may fix the issue and also the issue of the machine not resetting the fuser count
I installed a new fuser end of July, and now it's saying 7%. I bought a new fuser because I didn't want this one to run out on me. When i installed it realise didn't change so i'm wondering if it never changed when i put that one in as well. So the 7% might have come from the other printer that got changed out because there was a mark on the roller that showed up on the prints.
Are there supply counters that need reset??? Try this
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1197877/Xerox-7800.html?page=218
Would try that and see what happens and let you know
Are you getting any error codes??? If so please share
Try unplugging it from the wall. Then plug it back in and boot. See if it detects new fuser on a full fresh boot
Thank you very much also you have any idea why the fuser % doesn't change when we installed the new fuser?
This is the latest release I can find it has a bunch of ssl security certificate and other security fixes
