that was the solution.

startup/config page could not be printed, but canceling this job did never complete.
startup page was disabled on the operation panel.

from there I could go on as planned and reset the value in nvm

Hi,

It is possible to have a job in queue.

Delete/cancel any pending job(s) startup/config page, remove network cable and/or disable startup page in CWIS.

I have a Phaser 7800 where the Fuser roll was torn and giving error 310.372.01.

after replacing the fuser I wanted to clear the history in nvm (744-001), but when entering service diagnositcs (SD), I get a message that entering SD is not possible try later.
this does not change.
I cleared NVRAM, also force_upgraded firmware, but still have not access to service diagnostics.

Kinda got stuck there.

What have I done wrong?
How can I get the Phaser 7800 to work again?
