Hi you!
I suggest you turn off the machine and check for ink spills around the print head, before turning it on again set the print head to its home position which is tilted forward and disengaged from Printhead tilt gear.
If you have no idea what I'm talking about I suggest you do get an engineer to have a look at the machine.
Best Regards
Kimzi

I have a Xerox Phaser 8400. it made a loud thunck noise and now i have an error code of 07,010.43 :84865. I have searched everywhere in attempts to give me a clue on what this might be. The best i have is the Printer Head is stuck in a tilted position and wont move back outside of that I am at a completely and utter loss.
This printer works awesome when it is working.
Can someone help me with figuring this out?
