We have an old Xerox Phaser 8560N that suddenly stopped printing from any computers on the network. I can ping the IP address and access the web portal but it shows as DNS: Unknown and when I run the network troubleshooter on the printer it comes back with No DNS Response (ND18). I have done a reset of all network settings and the firmware/OS is already the latest version available. Any other thoughts/options I can try? Thanks.
