Thank you. But that article has nothing about the color software not knowing the printer is installed.

Xerox Precise Color Meter

Product Name: VersaLink C9000 Color Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64
On the software for my Xerox Precise Color Meter it says "no printer found". I have the postscript type 3 driver installed from the driver installation tool. How can I make the program see my printer?
