I am seeking advice while troubleshooting a printer issue.
For several years, the Xerox VersaLink B605 has been stored with an 'Out of Order' tag. When I power it on, I only see the Xerox splash screen, and nothing happens thereafter. I have managed to access the alternate boot mode by holding the Power + Home buttons. However, my attempts to install a new firmware using the Xerox Firmware Manager have been unsuccessful as both the USB and Network connections do not detect the device.
