Xerox VersaLink C7120DXT stuck on 2/6 launch

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi All,

Have recently purchased and setup the versalink c7120.

However after a brief period of testing we found that the machine struggled to pull paper all the way through and shortly after refused to power on.

Powercyclying the machine as per guide:

Has not resolved the issue.

 

Any advice?
