Xerox Versalink B7025 error 116-331

Product Name: Xerox Versalink B7025
Operating System: Windows 7

Hello. One day i have a problem with my Xerox Versalink B7025. In display i see error 116-331 and massage to restart machine, but after power off and on its not work. Entering Diagnostic mode work,entering  Special Boot Menu work too. I can not find service manual on this machine, but for example, i have service mahual Xerox WC6515 and there writing, that this error may bee  because broken SD card. Is it True or  its the another trouble? If another what problem can be? 
Please help me for this  problem Thanks

Hi,

Perform "HDD INITIALIZE MODE" in Special Boot.

Hello/ Thanks for answer. I try to do this comand, mashine restart, in display i see "checking file system" but in final a have same error 116-331. In Special boot mode i see comand "format HDD", but i scare to erace information from emmc card. Or you think i need to try this comand format HHD from Special boot menu?

You must find HDD INITIALIZE MODE in Special Boot (step 06)

  I finded HDD INITIALIZE MODE in Special Boot mode, try to do but after reboot machine i have same error 116-331.
I power on machine holding button "Home" and "Power on" on control panel and enter Spesial boot mode.
When i press  the same time "Home" button and "A" and "B" in word Special Boot mode, enter code 6789 and press #. Next i find  HDD INITIALIZE MODE, touch it and touch "Yes". Mashine restart and in display i so "Boot mode", then "check file system" , logo Xerox and the same error 116-331. 

What else i can do for repain machine?

    1. LONGDIAG MODE.

    2. 01. JOB LOG CLEAR MODE.

    3. 06. HDD INITIALIZE MODE.

    4. 04. HDD FORMAT MODE.

    5. 03. NVRAM INIT MODE

    May be problem in  EMMC sd card? For example? In this Xerox model  sd card use as storage, is it tru? i try boot machine without sd card and result - massage on display "117-329 Please Reboot"

Your machine have SD card and EEPROM, not EMMC.

Ok.  I try put sd card to my card reader in windows  7 OS notebook, but Os not recognized sd card and a can not see what information storred on sd card. May be sd card  broken? 
A need change sd card or what else i can do for repain this machine?

It is possible to have a broken SD card. But first try to update the firmware.
