I have Xerox Versalink C7020. It was working fine but one day after power on it stopped working and I am getting following error on screen
1. Power off the device
2. Wait for all control panel lights to go out
3. Power on the device
If the problem persists, refer to online knowledge base, or contact you system administrator
Fault or Error 116-330
I following the above procedure but device is getting stuck on above error message.

It is a corrupted HDD and is need to do a HDD format by a Special Boot.
