Xerox WC3210 Fuser Unit

well got the new printer awesome stuff :)

it was the lever for the paper jam 2 in the fuser unit...was defective ....

hello, Great Forum BTW...

I bought a Xerox WC3210 and it's showing paper jam 2 on the inside...

well after mega hours into this..I find out there is a little silver lever on the fuser unit..If i pull it down the printer is ok...is there anyway this lever could be in backwards...does anyone have a diagram on this..i am really stumped and why this was shipped this way...
