.32804 had some glitches. I would give the newest spar a try. I believe it ends with .05000. This should help the jobs getting stuck issue. I'm not sure about the card reader issue.

Hi Reproman1984,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. You do not mention what type of card reader you are using or how it is attached to the machine but take a look at the electrical specifications during sleep mode and see if those are compatible with your card reader.  Also check out the information for setting up authentication with a USB connected card reader and see if this will help.  If these suggestions do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox WC6655 Won't exit sleep mode when card reader is swiped.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have an intermittent issue with a WC6655 it will not exit sleep mode when a card reader is swiped.

It has been upgraded to the latest spar (072.110.134.32804) but this caused another issue (the device would not print or copy).

Now downgraded to general release 072.110.044.20500.

Any suggestions?
