The Xerox work centre 7835 will not complete the power cycle on process. It has been running for 45 minutes.
when we arrived at work the machine screen was blank. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. The power cycle was left to run it's course. It has been running for 45 plus minutes and will not complete the cycle. What could be the issue?

Paying particular attention to plugging the machine directly into a dedicated outlet, no power strip or surge protector to test if the machine will complete the power cycle. If none of these solutions help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Thanks for the reply. The power outlet was not the issue. We ended up reinstalling the software and it works beautifully again.
