I have the problem with the Xerox WorkCentre C405DN that the control panel stops responding.
The device always needs to restart, but after a while the problem occurs again.
I thought it was due to the defective ControlPanel and bought a new C405DN. And on the new device, too, this error reappears after a few hours.
I can still print on both devices while the control panel is no longer responding.
Now I'm troubleshooting, has anyone already had the problem?
NFC is deactivated
The printer is connected to a fixed IP address via LAN.
