When I turned on my Xerox Workcentre 6025 printer today, it showed me this message: 116-317 Restart Printer Contact Support If message returns. There was no problem with the printer yesterday. But all of a sudden it showed me this message today.
Is there chance how to fix it?
The error code is in reference to the optional memory card. This issue can arise if you have installed the optional memory card or installed a third party RAM. Reseating and then replacing the memory card are the only troubleshooting options.
