Re: Xerox Workcentre 7655 Screen Solution

Hello adamousman,

Thank you for using the Xerox forum.

I tried to research your issue and at the xerox support site for your printer.

I searched for  "calibrate touch screen"
I would suggest that you review the following which has some promising potential solutions.

Re: Xerox Workcentre 7655 Screen Solution

Is there a way that I can recalibrate the UI?  It is off and I'm not able to use the machine effectively.  I've heard you can press and hold 1, 3, and 0 and it will bring up a calibration, but that is not working.

Sounds like you will need a touch screen soon.

The User Interface screen can be calibrated by a tech with the pen hidden under the UI.

Xerox Workcentre 7655 Screen Solution

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

So, our Xerox Workcentre 7655 screen was not responding leaving the pritner essentially dead in the water.  The calibration seemed to be off as I'd press one side of the screen and it would register on the other side.

After 2 weeks of trying to deal with this, the last thing I tried was to press all 4 corners of the touch screen at the same time.  Somehow, some way, this worked.  The screen now registers every touch correctly and we are back up and running.
