Ok, great that you've replaced the fuser as it was damaged, have you tried starting the machine without the network cable connected?

Hello

 

Yes, i've started it with and without the network cable and it doesn't make a difference.  I removed the memory and it was able to get to the xerox symbol, but then it goes to a screen that looks like this...

 

ABT : 00008000

TSK : 00003393

056 3 i.060310

 

After this it keeps restarting.  Could the memory be bad, and that's the reason why it's not able to get beyond Please Wait...?

you removed the memory and it got a step further?

If so, I would agree with you, maybe the mem self test is not getting passed.
