No, apparently there was a paper jam and this happened after it was taken care of. It is a network printer that is being shared through Windows Server 2008. The message appears with and without being connected to the network. I tried cleared the printing que of older jobs, but that didn't help at all.
Hi, RKovack!
Is this something that happened recently?
Was it during a firmware install?
Is the printer connected through TCP/IP?
Best Regards
Kimzi

We have a Xerox Workcentre M118i that has recently stopped working. When the power is turned on, "Please Wait..." is displayed and nothing else will appear on the screen after. I was wondering why this would continue to be displayed and if there is a way to bypass this message when the power is turned on? Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance.
