Am new here
I got a xerox dc 242 with sprice cx260 rip.
When i try to print anything i get the error failed in print queue.
i have tried to factory reset the rip, same problem,
the printer works if i want to copy papers but i cant print anything, i dont get any errors.
i have been looking on internet to solve this problem but i cant find any information about it.
any tips
