Only thing you could try is powering down the printer and remove the network cable.

 

turn on the printer and if the install wizard appears then complete the wizard

 

If this doesnt work (or the wizard doesnt appear) then an Engineer needs to come onsite to change a NVM value(s)

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Sounds like you may be in some sort of service mode.  If you have already shut down the machine and then powered it back on and the error still occurs please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox machine in non customer mode

I had a Xerox workcenter 7535 in non customer mode.

What is this exactly and how can i fix it?
