Yes I have tried.  And as well everything there in Special boot menu.   As well SD card. Tried to unplug and plug again...
Whatever you do there in Special boot menu.  Every action will end  -- BOOT MENU -- text,  top of the screen and Xerox logo below that....     Could it be SD card is broken ? 
Hard disk we don´t have...

Hello kerpen, 

Have you already tried powering off the device and unplugging it from the wall for 2 minutes?

Xerox versalink C7020 stuck on boot

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi.  C7020 stuck on the normal boot.    Just Xerox logo on the screen. Forever.   
There in special boot menu. Any of actions. Does not work.   What ever you try.    Firmare update, jobb clear, factory init etc. 
I enter to the bootmenu  C&B + home.  All option are available. When try to activate any of those options.    Top of the screen will appears - -  BOOT MODE - -  below that Xerox logo.   And thats all... 

Somewhere was said.  Type   A&B + home.  Enter to the Special boot menu...   (now I am far way from printer)
Could me letter combination be issue..  Or is unit totally dead... ?
All the symptoms start without any special actions by the users...
Please Any help available..
