Hi allenriverside,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please search for the answer on the support page for the machine.  There is not much on installing hard drives but you can search on the messages you are seeing.  I am not sure you will be able to load firmware to the hard drive you installed.  Contact support to see if the firmware is available for download.

Xerox workcentre 275 it has error message “the system is unavailable”

I bought a xerox workcentre 275 copier and when i trun it on it says" system unaviable , to wait for the message to power down". It also did't have a hard drive in the main conosole. I had to put in a SEAgate 20GB (IDE driver) hard drive but it doesn't have any firmware to run the copier. I'm tyring to update/ uplaod the firmware to the hard drive i don''t know how to from scratch . So would i be able to fix it?
