I am having the same problem Xerox 6015 paper jam 077-900 - there is no more paper jam. I turned off the printer. I double checked. I pressed "ok". Turn off again. Nothing... I am still having Xerox 6015 paper jam 077-900. How can I solve the problem? Thanks you.

If that does not help resolve your issue you may want to consider conatcting your local product experts.

I have got the same problem of paper jam , hv opened the cover [A] search for the paper and no paper , blow atill no solution . Any assistance please

I pull up the printer top and turn on the power button. So the magic happens, normal initialization without any error message.
