To do a full reset requires what is called an Altboot, no data backup, no clone. Which needs to be done by a trained technician. I am not allowed to provide instructions for how that is done here on the forum.
That being said, you may have luck just installing the latest spar firmware using the tool installer. It may fix whatever issue you have been having without the need of having a Xerox tech brought in.
