Turn Off and On: First, turn off the printer and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple power cycle can help reset the printer and release any stuck components.
Check for Obstructions: Open the printer's front cover where the toner cartridges are located. Carefully inspect the area around the yellow toner cartridge to see if there are any obstructions or objects blocking its removal.
Release Lever or Button: Some printers have a release lever or button near the toner cartridge that needs to be pressed or moved to release the cartridge. Check your printer's manual or documentation for instructions on how to remove the toner cartridges properly.
Gentle Wiggle: If the toner cartridge seems to be stuck, try gently wiggling it from side to side while pulling it out. Be careful not to use excessive force to avoid damaging the printer or the cartridge.
Check for Damage: Inspect the toner cartridge for any signs of damage or misalignment. If the cartridge appears damaged, do not force its removal. Instead, contact Xerox support for assistance.
Reset Printer: If the cartridge remains stuck, try resetting the printer to its default settings. Again, refer to the printer's manual or documentation for instructions on how to perform a reset.
Contact Support: If none of the above steps work, and the toner cartridge is still stuck, it's best to contact Xerox support or a certified technician for further assistance. They will have the expertise to diagnose the issue and provide a solution.

I cannot get the yellow toner cartridge out. All the other cartridges easily come out, but the yellow one is stuck. It will barely move side to side, and doesn't move out at all. I've turned off, disconnected power, opened/reopened, none of this changes anything.
