black screen with popup enter current password

started my laptop and I keep getting a black screen saying Enter Current Password. atlas student portal

Hello,
I have an error message on the altalink C8135 "an unrecoverable fault has been detected. The device cannot reset. Request service". Code u. on 7-segment display. I updated the machine in Altboot in accordance with the GSN xerox prolipro procedure. The update ran successfully. On restart, the machine hangs on a black screen and displays a pop-up "enter the current password". This pop-up does not give me the possibility to enter writings with the keyboard. The 7-segment display shows error code 9.

How to solve this problem please?
