cant get energy saver to work in 5755

Grab and install the latest firmware from here.

If that does not work, you would need to do an altboot, which will wipe all data, so do they update first.

i tried both of them i removed the network cable and set the sleep timer to 3 mins and the low power to 1 min but the machine didnt go to sleep even after 1 hour

UNplug the LAN and see if it goes to sleep, if it doesn't, hit the clear all button a bunch of times quickly and confirm you want to clear all setting, then do nothing and see if it goes to sleep.

If the first works, there is something on the LAN sending info and we will need to delve into that.

If the 2nd works, the printer has no timeout applied (Or has a very long one set) so it thinks a job is in progress and doesn't go to sleep.

i set it to low power mode after 5 mins and sleep after 15 mins but even after 30 mins it doesnt go to sleep or even turn the screen off and when i press the energy saver button it prompts me to power the mavhine off or not
