Realy sorry, but I do not have an fuser NVM list. Maybe a software upgrade or an NVM initialization may help.

Hello thanks but these nvms do not change anything. Thought there other fuser nvms. Or can you get me an nvm xls spread sheet of a 550 or 560 and i try to compare the nvms

Check 740-053 to 740-060 for uncoated paper and all must be in 1.

And 740-061 to 740-066 for coated, must be 0.

Or you can try fuser for extrheaviweight paper.

Do you have nvms for fusing different paper types or for the fuser generally.

 In the Ιmage selection tab scroll down to the Advanced and check Gloss level select Glossy

@gabiene xerox c550 does not print with gloss effect any more. The prints are too mat no shinny effect. Any nvms for gloss probably fuser nvms

Then try to adjust registration buckle from NVM 742-120. Nominal is 30, and the range is between 0-60.

You need a tech to adjust registration buckle from NVM, and if this not solve the issue maybe is needed to replace some parts (tray feed rollers or the registration assembly).

My xerox keeps altering lead edge image position only for 300 gsm in tray five. Adjustments all done and image seems to be centred but if you print 10 sheets of 300gsm you find 3 different sets of alignment
