Both those codes are Communication Errors and the only thing the Knowledgebase suggests is to try to power off for 2 minutes and power back on. If that doesn't work, it suggests to contact the Support Department for more assistance: 1-800-821-2797

Hello everyone,

We have the unusual problem with network controler on Altalink C 8045.

Machine does not see the network (no LED blinking) and it does not respond to ping.

Fault codes are 316-501,303-331 give nothing consistent to solve the problem.
