Hi,
I just bought a new color cube and I am trying to set it up. It keeps giving me a message that there is no paper/the paper is not the right size for the job. It wants a4 paper. I only have 8.5x11. I keep moving the guides to try and trick it into thinking that there is a4 paper. This results in a jam. I re set the guides to 8.5x11 and it looks like it is ok. However, then it says it needs a4 paper to complete the job. There is also a message that it can scan but not copy or print. I tried cancelling all of the jobs but it won't let me cancel one which is its test page. really frustrating! Any ideas/help?
