I suggest you check for ink spills in the machine, be careful not to damage anything though.

If you're unsure on how to do this I suggest you call Xerox and ask for an engineer to do it for you.

How can I

Check for ink spills around the Printhead.
• Check the Ink Loader for bent melt tips.
• Check the Ink Loader power cable misrouting around melt tips
also
Unfortunately I restarted the printer the error code is not but after I tried eliminating the light stripes 2 consecutive times the error code came back on I restarted the the printer ran the eliminate the light stripes but the stripes of the magenta color is mostly not there

Any suggestions

Hi you!

93,984 is Cyan obstructed, reservoir not filled.

when getting this error, do NOT reboot the printer.

This is usually caused by ink spills around the Printhead.

• Check for ink spills around the Printhead.
• Check the Ink Loader for bent melt tips.
• Check the Ink Loader power cable misrouting around melt tips.
• Check height of ink levels in the head reservoir.

Also as this out of warranty bring that it is hardly used any suggestions regarding why I'd have a problem with light stripes and is it worth asking them to cover it being that it only has less than 1000 sheets printed. ....

Hi I have a colorqube 8570 it only has about 850 pages printed I haven't used it in awhile turned it on was getting light stripes ran the test seems there's a problem with the magenta then I got error message 93,984.00:886

Surprised as this has less than 1000 sheets printed
