It seams there are 3 essential cables that must be installed on the server.
1. Printer Cable
2. SCAN (network cable)
3. Network cable
On the #2, is this supposed to be crossover cable or any regular network cable, I think this is used for the SCAN feature, and the manual call's this as a Netscan crossover application port.
On #3, if I just connect to one computer a Mac Computer, can I use a crossover cable instead of a router?.
Thank you.

Hey you!
If you do have Cat6 cables, you will no longer need any special crossover cables as they work both ways.

If I don't have a CAT6 cable, for the #2 SCAN connector, I must use a crossover cable?
Thank you.
I had a regular cables connected, and somehow I got this error on the server:
"Connection to the server has been cut off. Try to reconnect Later". Then I will hit OK, and the program will just crash and will need to ran again, this will work fine for a minute and then crash again. That is way I thought maybe the crossover cable was needed to connect the server with the SCAN on the docucolor 260.
