Try these solutions : West Penn Power Customer Service

  • Make Sure a Genuine Xerox Toner Cartridge is Being Used and is in Good Condition
  • Remove and Re-install a Toner Cartridge
  • Power Off the Printer, Wait 45 Seconds, Then Power On the Printer

Hello 

I have Xerox WorkCentre 6015 ( 220V that I purchase from Middle East) with error code 009-952 to re-seat the Canyon Cartlidge 

I am open for your recommendation how to fix the error 

Do you recommend a service center if yes please provide details
