error code 008-184

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a workcentre 7335 had a jam in the upper door, opened it took the jam out and now it keep saying to "close the top cover on the left side".  I have double check for paper none, I have left the cover open re-boot and then closed, tried just rebooting nothing is working.  Any suggestions
