error code 012-228 error on finisher

Product Name: PrimeLink C9065/C9070 Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

booklet end guide home sensor. Suggestions for clearing paper jams in area 4. I don't see any paper jams is there a way to re-set?  thanks in advance.
