I searched our online Knowledgebase, and found the same result as you.This is mostly likely a hardware issue and you will need to schedule an service call.

Product Name: ColorQube 8570
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

Fault Code  93-599,  Printhead Level Sense Fault Cyan Ink Message

I can not find any solution to this problem ( it says you need further help). Does anyone have a suggestion on this code?
