Hello Dogana,

 

The error that you have will require a Xerox Technician to fix your machine.  You will need to call Xerox Customer Technical Support at 1.800.821.2797 and request a service call.  I believe that you were correct when you said that you put the wrong activation code in your machine when you were setting it up.

I hope that this helps and you get up and running again soon!

I have a problem with the Xerox WorkCenter 5755 I have this error mesage "machine speed ID error" what is the solution and how can I change a Activation Code that is requesting in the begining I thing that I put the wrong one. is there any possibeletis to change it.
