the error was a hard drive. the technical support will come to change the hard drive.

error on workcentre 4260

Product Name: WorkCentre 4260

yesterday I got an error message when I turn On the workcentre 4260. this message appear for 2 seconds, and after that, the printer turn off, and enter in a loop. this is the message:

i never update the firmware. i need help to fix that.
