fault code 124-315

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 8.1 x64

hi all 

this is my first time on here and i am just wondering if anyone can help. i have replaced the inks in my printer switched back on and i have this fault. does anyone have any idea on how to fix it. i tried my old inks and still showing this code any help would be appricated

Hello ryanmartin12, 

I searched our online knowledge base for this error code and the only suggestion was to power the printer off and on. If you are still having issues after trying this, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @1-800-835-6100.
