the telephone number is good, but have:
1. your printer ser #
2. a company credit card
3. someone on site that has access the printer / network

I could only find instructions on how to upgrade the firmware via the web portal, I suggest that you call into the support department at 1-800-835-6100.

firmware upgrade without having to login web portal

Product Name: WorkCentre 3315/3325
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

i can't log into the printer's web portal

not using the default id / password admin / 1111

or admin / ser# (with either upper or lower case letters)

or after reset through the control panel menu options

the instructions for firmware upgrade are only available by the web portal

how can i run a firmware upgrade without having to log in as administrator

how can i hard reset the printer
