gloss level

Product Name: Xerox Color 550/560/570 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10
Hello i have a xerox 550 but after service it does not print with gloss effect although every thing is fine ie the nvm for gloss are all in "1"
Is there any thing to run to bring back the gloss or any nvms
