horizontal lines running through print

Hello digitalprintplus,

I searched our online knowledgebase and found these steps on checking your consumables status.

weren't having any major issues then this started happening

Horizontal lines running through prints

we had machine serviced about a week ago

machine was down for about 3 weeks so I figure it can't be over run

We did however run about 15k black and white forms

and then yesterday started having these kind of prints
